Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support our IT infrastructure for a 60-90 day period while our current systems administrator is on leave. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless operation of our on-premises and cloud services during the contract period. Key Responsibilities: * Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain both on-premises and cloud infrastructure services and servers. * Security: Manage and configure Fortinet firewalls, Microsoft Defender, and CrowdStrike to ensure robust security measures. * Server and Cloud Administration: Administer Microsoft Windows servers and Azure cloud environments. * Office 365: Provide support and management for Office 365 applications. * Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. You will interact with high-level leaders and stakeholders. * Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service while handling multiple competing priorities. * Hardware and Software Upgrades: Perform periodic racking and support for hardware and software upgrades. Required Skills and Experience: * Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Fortinet firewalls, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Windows administration, and Azure cloud. * Office 365: Experience with Office 365 administration. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills. * Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Upgrades: Experience with racking and supporting hardware and software upgrades. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
