Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
*Accurately analyze work processes, systems, organizational function and Provide direction, leadership and mentoring
*Actively seeks to add value added options for the client.
*Mentor Six sigma projects
*Train eligible people on yellow belt, Green belt
*Building organizational DNA
*Data analysis
*Conducting Process Mapping Exercise
*Attends meetings and workshops, and participates on committees, as assigned.
*Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
*Track and monitor process improvement savings
*Identifying client Value add projects and delivering the results
Skills Required:
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
* Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
* Documentation skills.
* Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
* Skill in using a personal computer and related software applications.
* Microsoft Office Skills.
* Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.
* Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
* Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.

Education
* High school diploma or equivalent required
