Here's what you'd do:

• Improving the SQL linter in our new data transformation tool: You will be responsible for identifying and fixing issues with the SQL linter in our new data transformation tool.
• This will involve working closely with our development team to understand the requirements and implement the necessary changes.
• Assisting with the transition to data mesh: You will be involved in the transition to data mesh architecture, which is a new approach to data management that emphasises decentralised ownership and management of data.
• This will involve working with our team to understand the new architecture and helping with the implementation.
• Process optimisation of change requests and implementation of a solution: You will be responsible for optimising our change request process and implementing a solution that streamlines the process and reduces the time to implement changes.
• This will involve working with stakeholders to understand the current process and identifying areas for improvement.
• Documentation of authorisation concept: You will be responsible for documenting our authorisation concept, which outlines the roles and permissions needed to access our data management and reporting systems.
• This will involve working with our team to understand the current authorisation concept and documenting it clearly and concisely.

• Pay rate: $34.64/Hour
• Hours: 40 hours/week 1^st Shift

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Engineering, Business or Project Management discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Project Management /Project Lead role
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with steam turbine design fundamentals, subcomponents, assembly and repair methods.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, BOM structures and drawings

• PMI or Client PM certification.
• Previous experience with other types of rotating turbomachinery or roles in Marketing & Sales and Field Service
• Self-driven and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Customer-focused, collaborative mindset with proven ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, frequently under internal and external time constraints.
• Strong written, verbal and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience communicating effectively both internally with peers/management and externally with customers.
• Detail orientated
