Norris is seeking a highly organized and energetic individual to join our Executive Team as the Chief Program Officer for Group Care Services! This is an exciting position that offers a variety of opportunities to make an impact across Group Care Programs at Norris, including future program development and growth. This position will be primarily located at our beautiful Mukwonago campus with some travel to our West Bend campus.
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Chief Program Officer - Group Care (CPOGC) is responsible for the direct oversight of the care, practice and supervision of the Group Care Services at Norris via direct supervision of the Director of Group Care and the Clinical Director. The CPOGC directs all policies, procedures and quality assurance work for Norris Group Care Programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation bodies, contract requirements set forth by placing agencies or funders and the development of outcomes and benchmarks to demonstrate quality practice. All functions and services provided by the CPOGC will promote the Norris mission and philosophy for providing services utilizing a trauma informed care approach.
All functions and services provided by the CPPGO ensure sensitivity to the ethnic and cultural diversity of youth, families and employees while effectively communicating and promoting the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of Norris. As a 24/7 treatment program, the CPPGO position requires the individual to work a flexible schedule in order to support the needs of the campus, youth, and staff and understands that their schedule is subject to change to meet the program's evolving needs at any time, including nights, weekends and holidays and being part of the on-call rotation for the team.
