On-call: Temporary (8-month term, June 3, 2025 to January 25, 2026) Summary: To deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality while selling tickets, promoting membership, and answering a wide range of visitor questions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule and Availability: This is a temporary (8-month) on-call position, with the possibility of becoming a Regular on-call employee.
Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Customer service experience, problem solving skills, and computer literacy are required. Must adapt to frequent changes of routine and pace due to unpredictable visitor needs without loss of efficiency or composure.
