  • Collaborate across departments-clinical, digital, and administrative-to ensure transparency, alignment, and shared ownership of system decisions.
  • Provide leadership visibility into performance, priorities, and areas for investment or adjustment.

Epic Vendor Partnership

  • Serve as MSK's primary liaison to Epic's executive partner team in Madison, Wisconsin.
  • Oversee budget planning, upgrade cycles, and issue resolution in close collaboration with Epic and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate Epic communications and system updates into actionable strategies and cross-functional plans.

Platform Integration & Innovation

  • Ensure interoperability between Epic and other enterprise applications, working closely with technology and business leaders.
  • Partner with research and clinical teams to evaluate and implement digital health innovations that enhance MSK's care delivery model.
  • Support patient-facing system enhancements such as MyChart and mobile tools to improve engagement, education, and access.

  • Proven experience managing high-value vendor relationships with an enterprise-wide platform (e.g., Epic).
