Job Description Delivering Epic Impact: Vice President, Health Systems Administration & Operations Role Overview Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is continuing its digital and operational evolution following the February 2025 go-live of Epic. In this newly created role, the Vice President, Health Systems Administration & Operations will support the Senior Vice President of Health Systems Operations by overseeing enterprise-wide planning, governance, and optimization across MSK's digital health platforms-including Epic and non-Epic systems. This role is responsible for leading project portfolio management, strategic resource planning, and the operational infrastructure that enables system enhancements, deployment, and adoption at scale. The VP will also serve as MSK's executive liaison to Epic's senior leadership, ensuring that vendor relationships, implementation cycles, and institutional goals stay tightly aligned. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who exemplifies MSK's values-clarity, collaboration, and financial stewardship-while helping drive meaningful improvements in how digital systems support care, research, and operations. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Program Oversight Lead Health Systems administrative strategy, resource planning, and operational execution in alignment with MSK's enterprise priorities.
