Are you our next Product Promotion Specialist?

As Product Promotion Specialist, you will strategically capture the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to deeply understand customer needs and define compelling value propositions that drive sustainable sales growth for the product lines you are responsible for. You will be responsible for training our entire sales force-including field, inside, and distributor salespeople-on how to effectively sell our products using these insights. By providing essential tools such as product demonstrations, seminars, and promotional content, you will ensure they are equipped for success. Additionally, you will drive lead generation by conceptualizing targeted campaigns for your products and solutions informed by VOC data. To support our sales organization in the field, you will attend customer events and deliver sales training directly to enhance their effectiveness.

Here's how you'll make an impact:



  • Cultivate a desire for excellence and a growth mindset ("player mentality")
  • Design and implement comprehensive promotional strategies for your product lines to boost market awareness and customer engagement.
  • Develop a plan to capture and understand the Voice of the Customer (VoC). Allocate sufficient time to create and execute a VoC strategy that gathers ample customer input. Analyze VoC data to derive actionable insights to support your product training, event and campaign activities
  • Use the ACCORD model with the launch and product strategy specialists to process VoC data, focusing on optimal success targets to generate positive sales results.
  • Prepare for the launch of new products using the information from VoC data and ACCORD workshops to prepare how to sell modules, define product demos, promotional contents, educational seminar and marketing campaigns
  • Cultivate a functional team approach when collaborating with Product Companies, other marketing teams, and the broader Customer Center organization.
  • Lead sales trainings according to the product launch strategy to enable our sales teams to effectively identify leads and convert them into opportunities
  • Support customer events both on site and in the office to clearly communicate and demonstrate how our products can solve our customer challenges and help them reach their goals on the way to Smart Integrated Assembly (SIA)


To Succeed, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in product marketing, product promotion, or related fields, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product promotions and launching campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Experienced in market research to identify promotional opportunities and trends within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive promotional decisions.
