X The Company Job Purpose As an IT Level 1 Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for technical support within the organization. You will assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support and an opportunity to develop technical and customer service skills. Travel Requirements Up to 10% Job Duties and Responsibilities Respond to and resolve basic technical issues via phone, email, collaboration software or in-person. Assist with password resets, software installations, and basic troubleshooting. Document and track support tickets using the company's ticketing system. Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor. Assist in setting up and configuring hardware, such as laptops, desktops, and printers. Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge. Required Skills Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Desired Skills Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and macOS. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting tools.
