Elwyn seeks a Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Analyst to analyze, design, audit and report data, test, and implement all direct and indirect components of Elwyn's HRMS suite of products. This position partners with areas of Core Corporate Shared Service, including Finance and Information Technology (IT), and program operations, leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to promote enhancement, on-going maintenance, business processes, and end-user support. The HRMS Analyst is a key member of the HR Service Delivery Team working towards maximization, compliance, and efficient utilization of current and future systems and vendor resources.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Proactively explores ways to automate and improve efficiency in processes relating to HRMS systems through tasks including but not limited to creating imports, updating data feeds, automating audit processes, configuring systems to ensure cross-platform and intraplatform data integrity, etc.
- Participates in building and implementing best practices for application use, including but not limited to application navigation, data entry, data extracting, reporting and security
- Participates in building and implementing standards for support teams, including but not limited to mass uploading, report generating, process guidance, etc.
- Performs in-depth data analysis summarizing results and preparing complex reports by following established best practices in data reporting, analyzing, and summarizing essential HR and Payroll data; building complex cross-platform reporting templates; and troubleshooting multi-system configurations to ensure comprehensive data extraction and reporting for delivery to members of corporate core shared services groups and Elwyn leadership
- Audits and analyzes data accuracy and integrity for better use of HRMS systems by ensuring use of best practices for system tools and business data needs
- Creates and maintains custom reports in HRMS system, using the platform reporting tools, such as BI (Business Intelligence).
- Provides guidance to the HR support teams as they analyze, design, test, and implement system functionality with task including but not limited to new system features or improvements to existing systems to ensure maximization of available tools, data and process integrity, optimization of processes, etc.
- Provides technical guidance/recommendations by developing and providing training and developing collateral use and training materials, e.g. use guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), etc to support teams on new/improved features including testing and implementation to support applicable system users
- Ensures ongoing maintenance, data integrity, and confidentiality of existing systems and HR data, including all HRMS interfaces and reports with tasks including but not limited to performing audits, ensuring transmission of data occur following best practices for data security, and following company policy and federal, state, and local regulations
- Serves as backup support for other HR operations team processes, including but not limited to HRMS employee life-cycle data entry, unemployment compensation (UC) processing, verifications of employment, file storage, and other processes

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Technology preferred, OR equivalent years of experience with Human Capital Management (HCM)/Human Resource Management (HRM) systems
- Five (5) years of progressively increasing experience with data and HCM/HRM systems; experience with UKG products preferred
- Experience working with the UKG reporting tool BI (Business Intelligence) preferred
- Demonstrated strong experience working independently or with business, operational, and HR leaders on large- and medium-size projects
- Demonstrated strong working knowledge of key HRMS trends and other HCM/Payroll systems
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated excellent judgment with the ability to independently solve problems and make decisions with little or no need for direct supervision
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actions
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as ability to produce results independently
- Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; report-writer experience preferred - Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve workflows and processes
