WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Engineer III: $130,000 - $145,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Drive modernization initiatives, including containerized solutions, ensuring scalable, flexible and future-ready systems.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
5+ years of professional experience in software development in an enterprise environment including proficiency in Java, Spring & Python using advanced software engineering practices.
Experience with Kubernetes and/or on-premises container orchestration.
Proven track record of leadership, bias for action and a customer-first mindset.
Agile mindset with experience in iterative development environments using JIRA and Confluence or similar tools.
You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
