Job Summary The Supply Chain System Analyst will be a key role in the Supply Chain organization, supporting existing system solutions as well as supporting new system implementations, occasionally acting as the business liaison between Supply Chain, Netcare, and other business stakeholders.
Required to be onsite in Lake Zurich, IL 3 days per week

*Salary Range: $73,700 - $80,000

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Responsibilities
  • Provide first level business technical support for Supply Chain focused systems, including but not limited to SAP Warehouse Management, Labor Management, Environmental Monitoring, and Tracelink

  • Report on and analyze supply chain systems issues across the supply chain organization

  • Collaborates with Supply Chain functions to specify and detail systems process improvements

  • Provide technical support for Tracelink for EDI and ASN data flow for pharmaceutical outbound shipments

  • Support Supply Chain systems updates, implementations, and administration:

  • Generate User Requirements based on business needs

  • Support IT in review of functional specifications, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated for development purposes

  • Participate in project management related activities as required

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain business partners to understand and document process impacts

  • Execute test scenarios for existing systems solutions

  • Support the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for systems

  • Supports validation/requalification of GMP/cGMP systems

  • Other duties as assigned

All employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or technical equivalent

  • 3-5 years of experience is required in relevant and related positions in Supply Chain or Supply Chain IT

  • Pharmaceutical technical experience with EDI and ASN for Tracelink preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills (i.e. critical and evaluative thinking)

  • Previous experience with supply chain systems support and maintenance

  • Must possess excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Suite of products.

  • Prior experience working in a healthcare, FDA regulated environment is a plus.

  • Must exhibit productive work results in all assigned duties.

  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)

  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbal and written, and cross-functionally.
