We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon! As a Brand Manager you will develop and collaborate within the larger Cataract and cross functional teams. You will manage financials with a balanced approach for top and bottom line within assigned product portfolio in Fort Worth, TX!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual Marketing plans across the Procedural Eye Drops portfolio
  • Technical SME for US Marketing Organization
  • Explore white space opportunities (vet market for Alcon surgical...) to drive upside in Core Cataract portfolio
  • Responsible for identifying trends and creating action plans to address market needs
  • Create promotional messaging including sales materials, professional campaign, conference presence and digital assets with a heavy emphasis on non-manpower initiatives
  • Identify trends to lead direct to end user strategy
  • Leverage internal and external data to strengthen portfolio value proposition
  • Presentations to Marketing Leadership, C-Suite and Sales Organization (400+)
  • Work closely with cross-functional CORE team to deliver brand essentials to the market
  • Investigate business models to leverage comprehensive portfolio to drive business across larger Alcon
  • Responsible for forecasting in partnership with S&OP to ensure appropriate supply levels
  • Work with Legal and Regulatory to ensure compliant messaging and promotion
  • Manage A&P marketing budget while ensuring planned return on investment
  • Champion portfolio objectives and strategic alignment across organizational functions
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to segment and target customer base
  • Collaborate with medical affairs team to ensure claim development for lifecycle management
  • Annual development and management of marketing programs and business plans to achieve revenue, profit, and market share goals

What you can bring to Alcon:

  • Bachelor's Degree orEquivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+1 yr)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience
  • 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal travel

How to thrive at Alcon:

  • Responsible for managing Alcon's PED portfolio. The individual will be responsible for holistic ownership of strategic launch strategy, execution, reporting and inventory management. In addition, integration of high leverage tactics and commercial programs to drive adoption and market penetration within Alcon's PED portfolio.
  • Requires close partnership with US Sales, US Training, US S&OP, Agency Partners, and Alcon's Surgical Customers to understand the competitive landscape and drive market share gains and segment penetration through effective messaging and commercial program offerings. Responsible for developing annual Marketing Plans and equipping the US Sales Force with tools and strategies necessary to deliver annual sales targets.
