Position Summary: The Commercial Laundry Sales Lead is responsible for driving sales and business growth within the commercial laundry sector. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with businesses in need of laundry services, including but not limited to hotels, hospitals, restaurants, gyms, and other commercial establishments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial laundry industry to meet and exceed sales targets.

Company Overview: We are a leading provider of household washing machines with a strong presence in the market. As we expand our portfolio into the commercial washing machine sector, we seek an experienced sales professional to spearhead this new business initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the launch and growth of our commercial product line.

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:


    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the commercial washing machine sector.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the commercial market effectively.


  2. Commercial laundry sales network development and Relationship Management:


    • Identify, search and develop the target potential commercial laundry distributors and dealers in OPL, M/H and laundromat areas.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.


  3. Sales Execution and Performance:


    • Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.


  4. Distributor Management:


    • Manage and support distributors across North America (USA, Canada)
    • Develop long-term partnerships and ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.


  5. Collaboration and Reporting:


    • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to align on objectives and feedback.
    • Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.


  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of laundry services to clients.
  7. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct in-person or virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  8. Market Research: Continuously assesses market conditions, competitors, and potential areas for expansion or improvement.


Qualifications:



  1. Experience:


    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial laundry distribution business. Professional or multiload sales experience is preferable.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience in managing accounts and business relationships


  2. Skills:


    • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of the commercial washing machine market, including customer segments, buying behaviors, and industry dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze market data and create actionable strategies.


  3. Education:


    • Bachelor's degree; no specific major required.


  4. Language Proficiency:


    • English: any additional language is a plus.


  5. Other Requirements:


    • Willingness to travel (50%)
    • A global mindset with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in an international business environment.
    • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the commercial sales initiative.

Recruiting Range
$125,000 - $139,000 USD
