About the Role At Watlow, our Demand Analyst plays a critical role in creating trusted, consensus-driven forecasts that help guide our global supply chain and manufacturing operations. Working within a Customer Focused Team (CFT) or business group, the Demand Analyst builds analytical models that combine customer-provided data, historical order patterns, and market insights. The output directly supports enterprise-wide material and capacity planning. This position partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on the most accurate forecast possible, ensuring business leaders can confidently make data-driven decisions that keep Watlow operating at world-class standards. The ideal candidate will be based out of our global headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Your Key Responsibilities
