Weston Solution is seeking aClient Sector Leader. This Sector Leader will have a proven track record of successful project delivery across the broad spectrum of Air Force (AF) and Space Force (SF) operations and related design, construction, renovation service while maintaining safe and environmentally sustainable operations. Our mission is to serve the AF/SF at their installations worldwide. The Air Force/Space Force Sector Lead will identify and drive business development efforts in areas where Weston can achieve our market share growth expectations. The individual will have experience and relationships at various levels within the Department of the Air Force, particularly at the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC), Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), and HQ Air Force levels necessary to obtain work across all programs that support the AF/SF installations and facilities. They will have a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset, and develop strategies and tactics to drive Account Team and deliver contract captures across sectors to drive expected profitable sales growth and market share leadership. In addition to overall Sector leadership The Air Force/Space Force Sector Leader may also serve as Client Program Manager on large contract vehicles to deliver environmental and infrastructure programs and services worldwide. This includes work directly for AFCEC and/or select USACE clients for AF/SF end users. Where designated Program Manager, handles the day-to-day relationships with the client, manages the business and information reporting requirements, keeps abreast of upcoming work and positions for Weston to capture forthcoming work.Leads and supports capture and proposal efforts with project execution teams and overseeing post-award project execution to ensure delivery requirements are met to the satisfaction of the AF client.

United States;San Antonio, TX desired butRemotewill be considered for candidates with established Air Force/AFCEC relationships. Targeted travel within the client AOR required for engagementwith client, industry, andproject teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- BS (STEM preferred) plus 15 years' experience, including a full understanding of AF/SF organizational structure, familiarity with the operation of the AF/SF at AFIMSC AFCEC, and installation level programming, planning and execution, and appropriate intersections with Weston's current and future capabilities across their worldwide footprint in those programs.
- Experience in all technical aspects of engineering, construction, infrastructure and environmental program execution.
- Experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager and/orBusiness DevelopmentManager forAF/SFor other DOD executing agencies deliveringenvironmental and infrastructureservicesat bothCONUS and OCONUSlocations.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with AF/SF facility operational requirements, priorities and programs and what the future opportunities and funding streams for Weston can and will be.
- Knowledge of the community of DOD contractors that may be competitors or teaming partners in the pursuit of the work being purchased by the client
- Proven ability to lead teams and operate effectively in a Matrix Organization to align priorities, resources, sales and execution teams across the organization.
- Recognized as a leader in the business by the client's key decision makers, peers and independent organizations within the industry.
- Professional Registration and/or Certificationsdesired (engineer, architect, or discipline related to construction). In lieu of Professional Registration, aMaster's degreefrom an accredited school in technical field such as engineering, architecture, construction management or other related field including a Masters of Business Administration or Engineering Management.
- Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, codes, and guidance.

- Initiate captures with the assigned Regional Program Managers and appropriate Technical leaders and develop winning approaches for specific contracts.
- Identifies, develops client targets, and ensures achievement of sales growth goals developed for each AF/SF organization.
- Identifies and communicates resource needs and gaps in technical and management capabilities that are/will be needed to be successful.
- Communicates frequently with leadership on growth strategies, tactics, progress, opportunities, challenges, and priorities through structured routine meetings. Ensure actions are completed.
- Develop marketing and branding plans and work with Strategy and Development resources to implement those efforts.
- Participates in and leads industry organizations related to the market and identifies and participates in client meetings and presentations to enhance and solidify our Brand in the market.
- Program Manager Level
- Develop winning proposals and presentations to clients withsupport frombusiness development and technical organizations.
- Understands Clients emerging needs and projects.
- Identifies, develops, and closes on new sales opportunities to achieve individual, team and organizations sales objectives.
- Responsible for the final quality and delivery of reports such as status reports, technical reports,and other reports required of the program.
- Keeps the client abreast of new developments and changes in the scope and/or timetable of the program.
- MaintainsWeston's reputation by ensuring professional, technical, and ethical standard is upheld by all program staff in dealing with clients, agencies, and subcontractors.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Salary Range: 171,585 - 227,653 - 283,823
