Job Summary:
University Housing is a dynamic operation with an emphasis on high standards for administrative processes and excellent customer service. We are looking for someone to help manage customer service operations within the Conference & Events and Desk Services area of University Housing. This position will help to streamline administrative, hiring, and training activities for student and career staff. Responsibilities: Manages a program and/or programmatic activities. Initiates, develops, and implements operational services that support a defined project, program, work unit, or function to advance program goals and objectives. May supervise staff and/or approve unit expenditures.
