Job Duties: Associate, Marketing with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in New York, New York. Build new Marketing/servicing templates for both Emails & Letters on tech stack (AEM, Zeta, Precisely) and ensure they render accurately across all devices. Build Audience Segmentation, Data tables ingestion from heterogenous data sources into Communications tech stack (Adobe Campaign, Braze, Cedar, Zeta, SQL); this data allows marketers and business users to create customer segments for customer communications. Test all workflows and communications content/creative across all marketing channels to ensure accurate customer segmentation and copy/design that is legally compliant and approved. Work with vendors and internal partners (Data Engineering, Architecture, Platforms) to implement technical enhancements to tech stack. Partner with other marketing and analytics team members to build and monitor complex workflows/customer queries to select the right customers for targeting purposes for customer communications across email, push, in-app, and web marketing channels. Develop short-term roadmap for Communication Operations tech stack; as a technical member on the team, identify issues to fix and conduct research on emerging trends/tools the team can leverage to provide customers with truly customized communications and experiences. Build standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support analysis of new and existing campaigns across channels; includes supporting Tableau/Power BI dashboard builds, complex customer segmentation/analysis, A/B message tests, etc. Monitor communications tech stack for data changes/errors/updates, ensure campaigns are deploying as intended.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology and Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years with the following: in-depth knowledge and proficiency with at least one Audience Segmentation languages/tools such as SQL, Python, Power Query (Power BI), Alteryx, Adobe Campaign, Unica Campaign; reporting experience using data visualization tools for Data insights such as Tableau or relevant; proficiency in Data warehousing, and/or Data lakes and Data Architecture build (Oracle, Snowflake, AWS Redshift); strong project management skills with the ability to manage various efforts across multiple internal and external partners concurrently; and understand applicable regulations and risks, apply them to system and process design and marketing execution.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this, New York, New York-based position is $120,000/year - $150,000/year.
