Description MaineHealth CorporateManagement/Leadership Summary: The Director of Quality, Compliance and Innovation is responsible for leading all aspects of the quality assessment and performance improvement program for both home health and hospice, and is accountable for ensuring the effectiveness of that program. The Director will collaborate with the Leadership Team to establish priorities for each program, develop a comprehensive quality and safety strategy for all regions, support implementation of best practices across all service areas, facilitate skill development among leaders and staff, and lead quality improvement and innovation initiatives, guiding projects from ideation through implementation and evaluation. The Director will serve as an agency-wide subject matter expert for improvement science, patient safety, and data science, provide guidance to clinical leaders on performance improvement and data analysis, and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making. This director serves as the agency's compliance officer, leads the compliance committee, serves as a subject matter expert for regulatory and accreditation compliance, and promotes a culture of compliance throughout the agency.
