What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct, hands-on care to critically ill patients

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), vitals, mobility, hygiene, and more

  • Support RNs and clinical staff with patient monitoring and documentation

  • Help create a safe and comforting environment for patients and their families

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on patient care experience in a hospital setting and ICU experience(preferred)

  • RN students in their final year of nursing school strongly encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail

  • A heart for patient care and a desire to grow in the healthcare field
