Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$78,200.00 to$130,400.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details:

As a Talent Management Consultant, you will join the Talent Management Center of Excellence, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Management. In this role, you will engage in both strategic and tactical projects. Your primary focus will be on supporting Team Member Listening initiatives, and may include additional responsibilities in executive development, differentiated development, performance management, succession planning, and enterprise onboarding.

This hybrid position requires working in Lake Forest two days per week.

You Will:

  • Help develop the team member listening strategy that aligns with the organization's engagement and culture objectives.
  • Identify and implement listening channels and tools to gather meaningful team member sentiment and feedback.
  • Establish project plans for team member surveys, manage implementation activities and develop processes for program roll-out and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with survey vendor to provide timely insights to leaders and stakeholders through dashboard and reporting tools.
  • Analyze quantitative/qualitative data, identify trends, and report relevant and actionable insights to inform and influence business action plans.
  • Use measurement and analytics to demonstrate impact of team member listening strategy.
  • Navigate complex situations as business or team priorities evolve.
  • Create communications, presentations, and training materials for various organizational levels.
  • Participate in additional Talent Management projects as assigned.

You Have:

  • Education: BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a related field.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in talent management, employee engagement, executive development, differentiated development, performance management, succession planning, and enterprise onboarding.
  • Program Management: Experience managing team member feedback, engagement, or listening programs.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Consulting Skills: Experience in consulting and influencing HR and business partners.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage large projects and drive results.
  • Presentation Skills: Experience creating compelling presentations and delivering them to large groups.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build credibility and develop working relationships with business partners.
  • Process Improvement: Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheets, PowerBI, online survey tools, and other relevant HR tools.
