The Business Operations Coordinator position will handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support our medical record retrieval business. While administrative in nature, there will be some light phone work required. Individuals best suited for this position should have a private workspace set up for handling protected health information and be self-motivated to remain productive in a remote environment. Day-to-day job functions may vary depending on business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Image QA & Delivery
  • Fax Blast
  • Provider research
  • Chart Investigation
  • Invoice Processing
  • Any ancillary operations needed to support the business

Required Qualifications:



  • High school diploma/GED
  • Administrative work experience
  • Home internet with a stable and strong connection
  • A private workspace free from distractions that shields your screen from being visible by others in the home



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working in medical record collection
  • Experience with provider groups, health information management, or claims processing
  • Knowledge of US healthcare system
  • Solid computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel

The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
