At the core of this ecosystem are Secure Data Sharing, which allows data Providers and Consumers to exchange data efficiently without traditional file transfers or APIs, and our Native Application Framework, which allows Providers to share logic directly onto the Consumer's data/account. Marketplace, Data Sharing, and Applications are central to Snowflake's vision, driving the network effect of our Data Cloud. About the RoleAs part of the Collaboration & Marketplace team, you will own and evolve the operational backbone that powers our Applications on the Snowflake Marketplace. You'll be responsible for delivering a trusted, high-quality experience for customers while ensuring providers' success throughout their lifecycle-from onboarding to compliance to ongoing support. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role that requires deep technical skills, strong execution rigor, and the ability to lead nuanced customer conversations. In addition to driving process and tooling improvements, you must be comfortable being hands-on and directly executing critical workflows-from reviewing applications to supporting onboarding calls-as we continue to scale. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and external Providers in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Your work will directly shape how third-party applications are brought to market, managed, and scaled, ensuring that the Marketplace continues to grow with trust, usability, and quality at its core. Core Areas of Focus1. Design and Scale Marketplace Operations for Applications Define and implement the tools, policies, and processes that underpin critical operational workflows such as application reviews, security coordination, and provider onboarding, ensuring both scale and a seamless user experience. 2. Optimize Workflows and Enforce Policy Continuously improve and automate workflows for application intake, compliance checks, and lifecycle management. Translate trust and quality policies into actionable processes supported by clear documentation and metrics. 3. Drive Provider success As often the first touch point with Providers, help drive and scale provider success during onboarding and as well as with go-to-market. 4. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration and Issue Resolution Act as the operational point of contact across teams, driving alignment on product design, surfacing provider needs, and resolving customer escalations to protect trust and improve experience.
