Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team.

Snowflake's Data Cloud is transforming how businesses discover, integrate, and use data. Our Marketplace enables organizations to easily access, share, and monetize datasets, applications, and AI models-safely and cost-effectively.

At the core of this ecosystem are Secure Data Sharing, which allows data Providers and Consumers to exchange data efficiently without traditional file transfers or APIs, and our Native Application Framework, which allows Providers to share logic directly onto the Consumer's data/account. Marketplace, Data Sharing, and Applications are central to Snowflake's vision, driving the network effect of our Data Cloud.

About the Role

As part of the Collaboration & Marketplace team, you will own and evolve the operational backbone that powers our Applications on the Snowflake Marketplace. You'll be responsible for delivering a trusted, high-quality experience for customers while ensuring providers' success throughout their lifecycle-from onboarding to compliance to ongoing support.

This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role that requires deep technical skills, strong execution rigor, and the ability to lead nuanced customer conversations. In addition to driving process and tooling improvements, you must be comfortable being hands-on and directly executing critical workflows-from reviewing applications to supporting onboarding calls-as we continue to scale.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and external Providers in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Your work will directly shape how third-party applications are brought to market, managed, and scaled, ensuring that the Marketplace continues to grow with trust, usability, and quality at its core.

Core Areas of Focus

1. Design and Scale Marketplace Operations for Applications

Define and implement the tools, policies, and processes that underpin critical operational workflows such as application reviews, security coordination, and provider onboarding, ensuring both scale and a seamless user experience.

2. Optimize Workflows and Enforce Policy

Continuously improve and automate workflows for application intake, compliance checks, and lifecycle management. Translate trust and quality policies into actionable processes supported by clear documentation and metrics.

3. Drive Provider success

As often the first touch point with Providers, help drive and scale provider success during onboarding and as well as with go-to-market.

4. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration and Issue Resolution

Act as the operational point of contact across teams, driving alignment on product design, surfacing provider needs, and resolving customer escalations to protect trust and improve experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Application Workflows - Define, implement, and continuously evolve end-to-end processes for application reviews, onboarding, configuration validation, and provider success. Actively perform these workflows on a regular basis, especially during growth phases or when testing new processes.

  • Design for Scale and Quality - Deliver scalable, automated workflows supported by clear documentation, tooling enhancements, and policy enforcement that balance provider enablement with Marketplace integrity.

  • Drive Workflow Performance - Own success metrics (e.g., approval timelines, rejection rates, issue resolution times) and use them to identify bottlenecks, improve throughput, and enhance quality.

  • Ensure Provider Success - Serve as a trusted partner to Application Providers through onboarding, compliance resolution, and go-to-market guidance. This includes hosting Zoom calls, reviewing application listings and resolving issues firsthand, while also identifying opportunities for systematic improvement.

  • Own Quality Control & Policy Enforcement - Lead listing reviews, enforce policy compliance, and proactively flag and remediate quality issues. Maintain Marketplace standards as new applications scale.

  • Influence Product Roadmap - Represent Marketplace Ops in product discussions, ensuring operational and trust requirements are built into platform capabilities from day one.

  • Resolve Escalations Systematically - Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales to diagnose root causes of escalations and drive sustainable improvements in workflows and policies.
