The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experiencedEnd User Computing (EUC) Managerto oversee the IT support, desktop engineering, and end-user computing experience within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the EUC team, ensuring seamless technology solutions for employees, and driving improvements in user productivity and satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional IT services.


Responsibilities

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement theEUC strategyin alignment with the organization's IT and business goals.


  • Lead and manage theEUC team, including desktop support specialists, engineers, and technicians.


  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of end-user computing services, including hardware, software, and remote access solutions.


  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify and implementimprovements in user experience and productivity.


Operational Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and management ofend-user devices(desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, kiosks, POS and conference rooms).


  • Ensureeffective incident management and resolutionof IT support issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.


  • Managedevice lifecycle processes, including procurement, asset tracking, upgrades, and disposal.


  • Establish and enforceIT policies, security standards, and compliancefor end-user devices.


  • Supportremote and hybrid workforce solutions, including VPN, virtual desktops, and collaboration tools.


  • Oversee thesoftware distribution and patch management processto maintain security and performance.


  • Manage relationships withvendors and service providersto ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.


Technology & Innovation:



  • Evaluate and implementnew technologiesto improve end-user productivity and support capabilities.


  • Leadautomation and self-service initiatives, such as AI-driven IT support or self-service portals.


  • Monitor emerging IT trends inEUC, cloud computing, and mobilityto drive innovation.


Qualifications

Education & Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


  • 10 years of experience inend-user computing, IT support, or desktop engineering.


  • 10 years of experience inmanaging IT teamsand IT service delivery.


  • Strong understanding ofMicrosoft 365, Windows OS, macOS, mobile device management (MDM), and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).


Technical Skills:



  • Proficiency indesktop imaging, software deployment, and patch management tools(e.g., SCCM, Intune, Jamf).


  • Knowledge ofIT security best practices, including endpoint security and identity management.


  • Experience withIT Service Management (ITSM) frameworkssuch as ITIL.


  • Strong troubleshooting skills forhardware, software, and network-related issues.


Soft Skills:



  • Excellentleadership, communication, and people managementskills.


  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus onuser satisfaction and service excellence.


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in afast-paced environment.


  • Collaborative mindset to work withcross-functional teams.


  • Ability to mentor and bring out skills in younger team members


Preferred Certifications (Optional but a Plus):



  • ITIL Foundation Certification


  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator


  • CompTIA A+ or similar IT support certifications


  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)


Additional Requirements

  • Must passany and allrequired background checks
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
  • Must possess valid driver's license
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry

The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
