American Family Insurance is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Brand Strategy Advisor to enhance the brand presence of both American Family Ventures (AFV) and The American Family Insurance Institute for Corporate and Social Impact (The Institute) within the venture capital ecosystem and beyond. You will develop strategic marketing programs that strengthen relationships with Limited Partners (LPs), portfolio companies, industry partners, and the broader startup community.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Investment Business Systems. Position Compensation Range: $128,000.00 - $216,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home, proximate to one of our office locations (within approximately 35-50 miles)--Madison, WI, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL.
