Description

Support outside sales to solicit, develop and maintain producing client relationships while meeting or exceeding the company's net contribution goals. Provide competitive quoting and underwriting of premium finance loan quotes to retail agents and follow-up to secure quote and renewal opportunities. Ensure quotes given are within scope of corporate pricing and underwriting guidelines to meet profitability goals. Provide reports to management tracking territory performance versus established goals. All other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

* Perform quoting, underwriting, price negotiation and sales efforts for assigned territory. Ensure all territory pricing is competitive, underwriting is complete and accurate, and credit and profitability standards are maintained while working to exceed monthly territory budget objective and metrics.

* Serve less complex, less volume retail agents than the Senior Account Executive, and under minimal supervision.

* Responsible for timely delivery of quotes, contracts and other information as requested/required by retail agent clients. Resolve customer service issues as they arise.

* Make outbound calls to improve sales, following up on and soliciting business opportunities. Track all pertinent relationship-level sales data.

* Report any lost opportunities of either renewals or quotes and marketing intelligence for the territory.

* Work in conjunction with Loan Processing Department to review loan documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements. May work with processing to request binders or other pertinent information from carriers, MGA's or brokers/agents.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent written and oral communication

* Ability to develop and maintain client relationships while collecting on money due USPF

* Efficient in Microsoft Office applications

* Ability to adhere to schedule

* Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred

Industry and Work Experience:

* 1+ years of premium finance experience or Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience, preferred.

* If no premium finance experience, prior sales and/or credit experience in insurance or financial services, serving commercial clients.

Academic:

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance preferred
