Job Summary: As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll support and develop a team of Sales Consultants within a defined zone, helping them achieve strong performance and meet clear goals. You will support profitability by aligning team priorities with business objectives and focusing on results. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mentoring, teamwork, and driving sustainable sales growth. This position requires regular travel within the zone to support your team through joint sales calls and coaching in a dynamic B2B outside sales environment.
