Job Summary:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll support and develop a team of Sales Consultants within a defined zone, helping them achieve strong performance and meet clear goals. You will support profitability by aligning team priorities with business objectives and focusing on results. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mentoring, teamwork, and driving sustainable sales growth.

This position requires regular travel within the zone to support your team through joint sales calls and coaching in a dynamic B2B outside sales environment. This role reports to the National Sales Manager and collaborates closely with branch leadership.

Essential Functions:



  • Recruit, develop, and maintain a highly productive sales team.
  • Develop achievable and realistic sales goals.
  • Implement and manage compliance with SOP and Corporate Policies.
  • Manage all activities within Alsco's Human Resource policies and ethical guidelines.
  • Guide team productivity using available reporting tools and KPIs
  • Ensure the quality of new accounts through adherence to the Service Agreement Approval process.
  • * Organize and support sales territories to maximize coverage and opportunity
  • * Conduct weekly and monthly sales meetings.
  • Monitor the sales funnel through Salesforce for individual Sales Consultants.


Additional Functions:



  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of industrial uniform or healthcare sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing a successful B2B sales team
  • Prior experience in General Management roles within uniform or linen operations is preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and quantitative communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned region


Education/Experience:



  • A college degree in Business or a related field is preferred.


Compensation:



  • $ 95,000-$100,000k Base salary.
  • Quarterly and Annual Bonus - On Target $98,000, with a potential of $148,000 max
  • Excellent benefits package.
  • Company-provided vehicle- Includes toll, gas, insurance, and maintenance.


Typical Physical Activity:



  • Physical Demands/Requirements include standing, sitting, walking, stooping, driving, grasping, moving equipment, pushing, pulling, reading, speaking, hearing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.


Typical Environmental Conditions:



  • Vehicles are on public roads, inside the branch and general office, in customer locations, and in areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, service center, or depot.


Travel Requirements:



  • Frequent travel within the assigned territory
  • Includes time spent in vehicles, branch offices, customer sites, and industrial laundry facilities
  • Physical activities include walking, standing, driving, lifting to 30 lbs., and using equipment as needed
