Enterprise Business Services is National Grid shared service organization that operates core end-to-end processes on behalf of the global functions and operates Engineering Services on behalf of the business units. We have a great opportunity for a Business Change Lead to support our Record to Report in their change landscape, notably in the US with our NextGen ERP program implementation. The Change Lead will play a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage in a sustainable way. This role focuses on working with partners across EBS to manage the Record to Report side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures to ensure that changes are smoothly and successfully embedded across EBS.
