OVERVIEW TheSr. Manager, Corporate Developmentwill provide analytical support and manage a broad range of top-priority strategic assignments while working alongside senior leadership of ASR Group and its affiliated companies & subsidiaries. This role will provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making in connection with, but not be limited to, (i) corporate and entity-level planning & development, (ii) identification, ranking, origination and execution of inorganic investments/partnerships, (iii) development of business cases associated with organic investments, and (iv) post-investment integrations, when needed.In this high-visibility position, theSr. Manager, Corporate Development will work closely with the top leadership of ASR Group and its affiliated companies & subsidiaries, potential strategic partners, external advisors, and providers of capital.
