Job Description
Specialized Surgical Technologist - Step Into the Future of Surgery

If precision, speed, and adaptability are second nature to you - and the idea of working on the cutting edge of robotic and specialized surgery excites you - then you might be the Surgical Technologist we're looking for.

In this role, you'll be a vital part of the surgical team, ensuring every tool, instrument, and detail is in place for complex, high-tech procedures like robotic surgeries and joint replacements. You'll help maintain the highest standards of surgical asepsis, anticipate surgeon needs in real time, and bring a steady hand and clear mind to an ever-changing surgical environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Prepare and organize specialized surgical instruments and equipment - especially for robotic and advanced surgical procedures.

  • Scrub in for a wide variety of complex procedures and actively anticipate the surgical team's needs.

  • Maintain strict adherence to surgical asepsis and safety protocols.

  • Stay alert and adaptable as you respond to rapidly changing patient conditions or procedure needs.

  • Support a high-performing team with calm, clear communication under pressure.

What You'll Need:

Must-Haves:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Current BLS certification - must remain active for continued employment.

  • Certification or demonstrated expertise in specialized procedures (robotics, joint replacement, etc.), if required.

  • Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull 125 lbs, and occasionally wear a 10 lb. X-ray apron.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Resilience under pressure and flexibility with shifting schedules or surgical demands.

  • Self-motivation and sharp time management skills.

This is more than just a role - it's a chance to be part of innovative, life-changing procedures and to grow alongside a team that thrives on precision, collaboration, and excellence.
