About the Role:
Are you a people-focused problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced hospital setting? We're looking for a Patient Access Supervisor to lead our Admissions and Registrations teams with energy, empathy, and expertise. In this role, you'll be mentoring staff, improving systems, and making sure every patient's first experience with us is a smooth one.

You'll be the go-to person for questions, support, and real-time coaching. You'll also team up with leadership to analyze data, improve workflows, and help shape how we deliver excellent care from the moment a patient walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading by example-supervising, training, and guiding a dedicated team of access staff

  • Helping evaluate performance and keeping morale high

  • Partnering with the Director to improve systems, processes, and reporting

  • Keeping everything running smoothly across inpatient admissions and outpatient registration

  • Making sense of the numbers (yep, we love a good census stat)

  • Being a friendly resource for patients, families, and coworkers alike

You'll Thrive Here If You Have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (some college? Even better!)

  • Stellar people skills and the ability to lead with confidence and compassion

  • Solid written and verbal communication chops-whether you're training a team or sending an email

  • Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and admissions systems

  • Experience navigating third-party payer regulations (bonus points if you know them like the back of your hand)

  • Tech skills to match-Microsoft Office and hospital systems are your jam

Preferred but Not Required:

  • 2 years of college in healthcare admin, public admin, or something similar

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in hospital admitting or related services

Perks of the Role:

  • Lead a supportive, mission-driven team

  • Get a unique 4-day workweek schedule

  • Play a key part in shaping a positive patient experience from Day 1

Sound like a great fit? We'd love to hear from you!
