This position combines direct patient care expertise with strategic oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care for patients across all age groups, including critical care populations. With experience in respiratory care and proven leadership in hospital settings, the supervisor collaborates closely with departmental leadership to coordinate staff assignments, optimize resources, and lead quality improvement efforts. They are responsible for orienting new team members, scheduling, auditing, and ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational goals. This role requires strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced or emergency situations.
