Work Location: 800 Philadelphia Street Indiana, pa 15701 Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Additional hours as needed to fulfill the needs of the department. Function: Completely responsible for system administration for any Credit related software packages; to include research, purchase, implementation, deployment and ongoing system maintenance and user support. Provides consulting assistance to various business lines to determine administered software needs to ensure maximum system utilization by all users. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides system administration support for Credit related software, as defined below:
- Partner with Project Management on software initiatives - Researching, purchasing, implementing and deploying any Credit related Software (i.e. Loan Management software, Stress Testing software, Floor plan software, etc.).
- Collaborate with departments and/or Project Management to develop, testing and implement software solutions, including supporting documentation.
- Participate in developing and maintaining software backup and disaster recovery plans with IT staff.
- Maintain expert knowledge and provide ongoing support for credit software systems:
- Oversee current and future system features providing guidance and updates to relevant stakeholders,
- Assist in implementing system/software changes, including vendor updates and bank-specific configurations.
- Test and validate changes, working in conjunction with system users for assistance.
- Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for all system/software changes and updates according to the change management procedures specific audit requirements.
- Responsible to maintain vendor relationship.
- Responsible to support users to include audits/reviews of supported software for associated areas to determine system needs and assessment of departments' optimization of the software capabilities.
- Responsible to train internal staff users with upgrades to system/software functionality or replacement personnel, after initial software implementation.
- Partner with the Admin I to interface with IT regarding any scheduled system updates and security admin for system user access.
- Work with Credit System Administrator(s), the Credit System Administration Manager and/or Data & Analytics Analyst(s) in the design, implementation, and management of creative and complex tracking solutions for various Credit related areas, including Managed Assets, Secured Credit, Credit Analysis and other related areas as it pertains to the loan portfolio and credit risk data.
- Provides report writing and production services to requesting areas using advanced analytical software programs, including: Support Credit software, Excel, Access, Monarch and others.
- Assists other Admins and/or with the Credit System Administration Manager with the design and production of ad hoc (single request) loan reports or credit risk data output, as directed, using the aforementioned software tools.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal audit, external auditing consultants, as well as regulatory agencies concerning all software administering.
- Maintains effective working relationship with all bank employees, including departmental and senior management, as well as external software vendors and previously mentioned audit and regulatory representatives.
- Participate in special projects or assignments as requested by management.
Education: Requires a four-year degree or equivalent. Experience: One to two years general experience. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device 95% of the day. Operates office equipment 5% of the day. Sitting is required 8 hours per day while working at the computer. Requires the use of manual dexterity skills for typing up to 60% of the business day.
