Primary Responsibilities

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, product management, or sales-ideally within the off-highway, industrial automation, or mobility sectors.
• Strong ability to translate market trends and customer needs into product and business strategies.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to navigate complex markets and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage customers, internal teams, and partners effectively.
