Job Summary The Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst provides analytical, research and transactional support to investment bankers within the Not-for-Profit ("NFP") healthcare group. This particular position will support M&A and strategic advisory services for health system clients, which include the 75-100 largest health systems throughout the U.S. The NFP Healthcare group provides a complete range of investment banking and advisory services including M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic advisory services. The NFP Healthcare Group has deep sector knowledge and expertise across a broad continuum within healthcare services, including: hospitals & health systems, home health & hospice, alternate site services, managed care, and physician services, among others. The expected salary range for this particular position is $90,000 - $105,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
