Key Responsibilities Account Management & Execution:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal project teams (Sales Lead, Strategic Lead, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Art Director, Copywriter, and Print Project Manager) to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each client and their business.
- Collaborate with Group Account Director to address complex client requests, challenges, and nuanced conversations.
- Maintain project status reports, including internal and client follow-ups that require immediate or impending action.
- Facilitate administrative tasks, such as budget reconciliations with finance team.
- Ensure notes are taken and follow-up summaries provided for critical internal and client meetings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture client relationships through exceptional service and effective communication.
- Proactively identify client needs and facilitate necessary conversations with internal team members to provide solutions.
- Represent the sg360 team at client meetings, events, and related activities with the aim of fostering engagement and trust.
Project Oversight & Process Improvement:
- Ensure seamless execution of creative development and data campaigns, including concepts, versioning, client revisions, proofing, data delivery, analyses, and reporting.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on client expectations, along with sharing accolades and areas for improvement.
- Ensure project status sheet is up to date, including having command of deliverables and project status when asked.
- Help improve administrative processes by collaborating with internal departments, clients, and external vendors to create ways that streamline processes, ensure quality control (proofing and QA), and improve communication.
Requirements Qualification Requirements Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Required.
- 5+ years of experience in account management in an agency or marketing firm (experience with direct mail production is a plus).
- Strong understanding of direct mail and experience with primary digital channels (e.g., email, digital display, social media) Required.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proven ability to kick off assignments, guide work and get projects across the finish line.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with data-driven marketing and its role in campaign performance.
