The Global Platform team is responsible for developing high-performance data and control plane infrastructure that powers critical Snowflake products. Our mission is to help customers efficiently manage their Snowflake accounts at scale with world-class reliability and performance. We are investing in several key initiatives to strengthen Snowflake's global platform. These include 1) establishing a resilient foundation for Snowflake's data infrastructure with capabilities such as real-time streaming ingestion, compliance-aware replication mesh and build-in disaster recovery; 2) developing a powerful feature platform to enable internal teams to build customer facing features with world-class developer experiences; 3). empowering customers for cross-account management visibility and control through a global control center. We're seeking strong engineering leaders who are passionate about solving large-scale infrastructure problems and enjoy building systems that have a meaningful impact. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
