About the RoleThe Sr. Director, Business Development will drive the strategic growth initiatives for Currax's commercial business by structuring, negotiating and executing transactions to expand our drug portfolio, maximize the value of existing assets and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. Transaction types include in/out licensing and M&A activities, co-development / co-promotion, collaboration, and option deals, as well as divestiture and carve-outs. This role will support those efforts through development of analytical assessments, financial evaluation and market research techniques to determine opportunity viability and success. This role will report to the President and CEO and will collaborate with cross functional team leadership. About the Role
