If you're passionate about delivering high-quality imaging services and providing excellent patient care, this is the opportunity for you. As a CT Technician, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring smooth department operations while performing diagnostic exams and adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality CT scans and diagnostic x-ray procedures in accordance with established protocols. Assist in coordinating patient flow and ensure efficient department operations. Ensure compliance with radiation protection standards, accreditation guidelines, and safety protocols. Participate in performance improvement and CQI activities within the department. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare teams, and imaging leadership. Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and standards, including Joint Commission, state, federal, and local regulations. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and graduation from an AMA Radiologic Technology Program ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification required upon hire 1 year of CT tech experience in an acute setting preferred BCLS certification: Must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained as a condition of employment ACLS certification preferred Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with all patients and healthcare team members Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist and move patients Proficiency in operating a computer and managing data Knowledge of human development processes and ability to work with all patient age groups Why Join Us?
