Shop Machinist

This position will requireprogramming, setting up and operating CNC equipment, milling machines and lathes and req blueprint reading and understanding of drawings.

• A minimum of two (2) years CNC Machinistwork experience
• Experince drilling, boring, turning, grinding operations as a minimum. CNC operated equipment preferred
• 2 to 3 years of work experience in a machine shop maybe substituted providing that verification demonstrates the set up and use of lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and precision grinding
• Have strong mechanical aptitude, and experience with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read drawings, reference manuals, and assembly instruction guides
• Required to successfully complete background check, drug and alcohol screenings
• Observe and adhere to the appropriate industrial safety and health programs
• This is a contract opportunity at our Westinghouse Manning, S.C. location
