About the role: As a Lead Project Scheduler you will manage the planning and scheduling through the production schedules. In addition to being a lead contributor, you will provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to others. You will coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain and other functional organizations. You will report to the Director of New Plant Projects. This is a remote position. No sponsorship or relocation is offered for this role. Key Responsibilities: o Resolve standard and non-standard problems using defined processes, their own experience, operational & supervisory expertise o Have in-depth knowledge / expertise of work processes and tools within Project Controls / Scheduling and knowledge of the related disciplines o Apply technical and/or managerial expertise to improve effectiveness and provide guidance to employees in Project Controls / Scheduling o Resolve operational, customer, employee or technical problems that improve the effectiveness of Project Controls / Scheduling o Explain difficult issues and obtain agreement o Anticipate internal/external business issues o Develop solutions and ensure solutions are consistent with organizational goals o Take leadership role; act as a facilitator o Coordinate work outside own area of expertise o Coordinate work activities with other team members o Develop relationships with key internal/external customers Qualifications:
