How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead engineering development for multidisciplinary grid integration projects.

• Develop innovative solutions for complex power system challenges.

• Drive completion of all electrical engineering activities on assigned projects.

• Coordinate electrical engineering efforts across multiple projects and teams.

• Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning.

• Create work plans, cost estimates, and ensure quality deliverables.

• Engage directly with customers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Design and execute projects in line with industry standards and customer specifications.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in power systems or grid integration.

• Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) and ANSI/IEEE standards.

• Experience with FACTS or high-voltage transmission substation solutions preferred.

• Familiarity with control and protection panel design is a plus.

• Experience with E3 or CAD software is a plus.

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
