Integrated Project Manager

A global beverage leader is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Account Director to provide high-level support for our Super Bowl programs. This role requires a strong blend of project management excellence and client-facing leadership, ensuring seamless execution during a fast-paced, high-visibility period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day project management for Super Bowl campaign workstreams, ensuring all deliverables stay on timeline, on budget, and on brief
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing clear communication, status updates, and alignment
• Oversee workflow, scheduling, resourcing, and cross-functional coordination (creative, production, strategy, etc.)
• Anticipate risks and proactively solve problems to maintain smooth execution during a compressed timeline
• Support client interactions with professionalism, clarity, and strategic understanding of objectives
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation
• Ensure brand standards and campaign requirements are met across all deliverables

Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in project management, account management, or integrated production (agency or brand side)
• Proven experience managing complex, high-profile campaigns (Super Bowl or large-scale tentpole events a plus)
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with quick turnarounds
• Comfortable jumping into an active workflow with minimal onboarding
