Make banking a Fifth Third better GENERAL FUNCTION The IM&T Client Service Officer serves as an Administrative Officer, managing investment management, individual retirement, and custody accounts with $2MM-$10MM in assets. Collaborates with the Private Bank Team to handle client administration, identify and refer fiduciary opportunities, and develop expertise in Traditional and ROTH IRAs. Additionally, services 250 households, managing approximately 600 accounts. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Banks risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
