*Job Title: Sales Support Specialist* Job Description As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide quotes to new or existing customers and the sales team based on project plans and specifications. You will act as a liaison between the customer and production to ensure the best outcomes, closely monitor inventory, and create purchase orders for the parent company. Additionally, you will update and create documents for customers to assist them with project requirements, work closely with manufacturing to determine production schedules, and provide assistance to marketing when needed. This includes trade show functions, job site installation photo opportunities, and merchandise inventory. You will also create and provide reports for upper management.
Responsibilities * Provide quotes to new or existing customers and the sales team based on project plans and specifications. * Act as a liaison between the customer and production to ensure the best outcomes. * Closely monitor inventories and create purchase orders for the parent company. * Update and create documents for customers to assist them with project requirements. * Work closely with manufacturing to determine production schedules to meet customer project deadlines. * Provide assistance to marketing when needed, including trade show functions, job site installation photo opportunities, and merchandise inventory. * Create and provide reports for upper management. Skills & Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in a similar role * Experience in inside sales support * Experience in outside sales * Inquisitive individual Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
